Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Within UAE

• Standard Delivery: 2-4 business days
• Express Delivery: 1-2 business days
• Free shipping on orders over AED 200
• Cash on Delivery (COD) available for UAE customers

International Shipping We currently ship to select international markets including the UK and USA. International delivery times vary by destination:

• UK: 7-14 business days
• USA: 10-18 business days
• International orders require prepayment (COD not available)
